5616 Ocean View was on the market for 6 months last year, listed for $838,950. It came back on the market at the end of January for $819,950 and sold within 2 weeks.
One house closed escrow this week...a personal favorite:
4832 Commonwealth was listed in October for $1,279,000. It reduced to $1,249,000 a few weeks later and went into escrow. After 5 weeks, it fell out of escrow and reduced to $1,225,000. More than a month later, it had multiple offers and sold over that price. Proof that patience in this market is a virtue.
