We've had 4 new listings come on this week in La Canada:
4635 Ocean View is bank-owned and at an aggressive list price. 226 Mariners View is a nice 4 bedroom home. The small yard is offset by the community pool and tennis courts. 1946 Ravista has just come back on the market after being listed at a higher price for nearly 4 months. It is in a nice location at the end of the cul-de-sac. The house shows badly and the yard is a mess but it could be a diamond in the rough for the right price. 5429 Castle Knoll sits on a beautiful street and is like a time capsule from the 60's.
Activity is up as we had 6 homes go into escrow:

1528 Sugar Loaf was in original condition but had a large lot. 4210 Hampstead was very nice inside, but the curb appeal and location below the street level wasn't for everyone. It was originally listed for $1,595,000 6 months ago. 5160 La Canada Blvd. features a very worn-out house on a fabulous 30,500 foot lot. 4936 Palm is brand new. It originally listed close to 2.4 but because of some floor plan issues and its proximity to Palm Crest it was reduced. 510 Meadowgrove was an original home on a fabulous lot. It sold with multiple offers. I did not see 4917 Angeles Crest but am curious what price it will close at. Tough location.
We had 1 home close escrow:
4546 Lasheart is a small cottage near LCE. Cute but no expansion possibility, hence the price.
Coldwell Banker is officially moving to 657 Foothill, right between Hallmark and La Canada Books and Toys (the space used to be a Jenny Craig). We have transformed it into a high-functioning office, stripped down and stream-lined. Please stop by and see us or come to our Grand Opening on September 16!

Hello Gillan! Working as a Toronto real estate agent I am glad to finally bump into a blog such you have. There is still something to learn, I suppose ;) Anyway, I enjoy reading varios blogs, in order to well-informed, that is logical, but also to find new inspiration & concernig your blog, the slogan ih the heading of the blog has reached its objective! Regular reports are useful, moreover, as I try to look at things in their complexity, information listed in weekly reports can be also smartly used for some kind of local analytical report (e.g.for longer term). One more compliment to leave, web design is much more pleasant than that of many other RE sites ;) Good luck,
Elli
