OMG!!!! Coldwell Banker La Canada and Old Town is closing! If Dilbeck markets itself correctly, we could have an even bigger advantage in the community. We'll see how this plays out. CB top agents will work out of the South Lake office, but the field is wide open for all of the other agents that may opt to go to work for a local company. Old Town closes 07/08 and CB La Canada closes 07/09. Does this mean that the rumors that Sotheby's is coming to Town Center are true? Ah...the simplicity of a small town. Big news or little news, at least it is news!

- For families currently attending LCUSD - Registration begins early February at your neighborhood elementary school. For grades 1-12 enrollment forms should be submitted to the district office
