A Look at This Week's Sales

It has been a very slow week in La Canada Real Estate! No closings (compared to six in the same week last year), and only one sale:

We are seeing a lot of price reductions, including a $200,000 reduction on my listing at 4601 Hillard (see the featured home). Now it is priced at $1,695,000 ($529 per foot), for an authentic mid-century on an acre of land. 4358 Beulah (listing agent is Carey Haynes) is now down to $2,199,000. I think that is an incredible price for a beautiful home in an awesome location. Buyers are out there, and with these and other reductions we should see more movement in the La Canada market in the coming months. Stay tuned...
